The Turkish government is adopting a measure to restrict what Turkish-Armenians can do while in Armenia for next year&#8217;s games.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ISTANBUL\u2014Armenian students from all over the world will participate in the 6th Pan-Armenian Games to be held in Yerevan next year. Students from Armenian educational establishments of Istanbul are also expected to participate in the event.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ermenihaber.am reports, quoting Daily Sabah, that the Turkish Ministry of Education has sent a \u201csecret\u201d order to all regional structures not to allow the Armenian students of Istanbul to participate in any events to be organized in Nagorno Karabakh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The opening of the Armenian-Turkish border is out of the question, a board member of Turkey\u2019s ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), Mazhar Bagli, said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Trend news agency, Bagli said Turkey \u201cwill never take steps aimed against the interests of Azerbaijan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTurkey is willing to have good relations with all neighbor states and always supported the interests of Azerbaijan, never taking any steps against the brotherly nation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As to the recent remarks by former Turkish ambassador to Baku, Unal Cevikoz, regarding opening of the border to normalize relations with Armenia, Bagli said that everyone in Turkey \u201chas the right to express views on various issues.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Turkey closed the border with Armenia in 1993 to support Azerbaijan during the Artsakh liberation war.
