He noted that they were ready to join all the political and public organizations which would say \u201cyes\u201d to the Constitutional Reforms.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cTransfer to parliamentary system of government as well as the powers provided to judicial bodies and possibilities given to the national minorities are a step forward,\u201d \u201cArmenpress\u201d reports, Amo Sharoyan said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to him, they are really pleased with the 2nd provision of article 89 of the Constitution which establishes the presence of national minorities in the National Assembly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe Constitution provides a possibility for the national minorities to participate in the activities of the legislative body as well as other bodies.
