Ilham Aliyev is glorifying his father, at the same time forgetting to implement the documents adopted with the latter\u2019s consent, one of which clearly states that \u201cThe Karabakh conflict should be solved exceptionally in a peaceful way,\u201d former Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group Vladimir Kazimirov told a press conference today.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_351\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-351\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/covcasbulletin-info.hhd.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Covcas-Kazimirov.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-351\" src=\"https:\/\/covcasbulletin-info.hhd.am\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Covcas-Kazimirov-300x145.jpg\" alt=\"Vladimir Kazimirov\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" srcset=\"https:\/\/covcasbulletin.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Covcas-Kazimirov-300x145.jpg 300w, https:\/\/covcasbulletin.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Covcas-Kazimirov.jpg 620w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-351\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Vladimir Kazimirov<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In an article published by Moscow-based \u201cRegnum\u201d agency on the 20th anniversary of the ceasefire Kazimirov presented an interesting statistics, which he introduced to reporters today. \u201cDuring the war the Azerbaijani side frustrated 20 peace initiatives, while the Armenian parties denied only four,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to Kazimirov, Azerbaijan\u2019s axe-policy only harms the process. However, the former co-chair congratulated Armenia, Artsakh and Azerbaijan on the 20th anniversary of the ceasefire, since it has at least managed to prevent mass bloodshed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kazimirov said everything should be done to resolve the conflict in a peaceful way. \u201cWe must work towards reinforcement of peace,\u201d he said. The ex-mediator is confident that \u201cwe are closer to peace than war,\u201d despite Azerbaijan\u2019s bellicose rhetoric and the tension at the line of contact.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To what extent will Armenia\u2019s membership in the Eurasian Economic Union affect the Artsakh conflict?
