Celle-ci reprendra avec un rythme mensuel d\u00e8s D\u00e9cembre 2002 et couvrira les informations du mois pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e8s D\u00e9cembre donc, nous reprenons ce service d\u2019informations sur le Caucase et la Transcaucasie, destin\u00e9 aux organisations internationales, aux ONG et aux d\u00e9fenseurs des Droits de l\u2019Homme et des valeurs d\u00e9mocratiques dans la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Hilda TCHOBOIAN<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">\n<p>You probably noticed that \u00ab Covcas Bulletin \u00bb stopped coming out since the 2002 March-April issue, volume 11.<br \/>\nWe inform you that meanwhile, the \u00ab Covcas Center \u00bb reorganized its publication. And so, \u00ab Covcas Bulletin \u00bb will come out again, at a monthly rate, from 2002 December on, and will cover the news of the previous month.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, from December onwards, our information service will resume.
