Once again, it raises serious questions about the application of the law on the Internet passed last February. The restrictions on freedom of expression must be strictly regulated,\u201d said Anne Brasseur, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI call on the Turkish authorities to respect the rulings of the Court and to refrain from such blocking of websites and social media. This is a violation of freedom of expression.
